This Master Gardener Administrative Handbook is meant to serve as a guide to new Maryland Master County/City Coordinators and Master Gardener volunteers who are charged with administering the Master Gardener Program.
The Maryland MG program is coordinated on the county/city level, while the State MG office helps set policy and guidelines. State and County/City responsibilities are described elsewhere on this website.
This handbook has been created because forms, policies, logos and so on are constantly changing; because there is turnover among MG Coordinators; and because MG volunteers often have to step in for Coordinators at various times. It will help MGs and Coordinators better administer the program, understand what's needed and have current documents easily accessible.
All forms will be dated so that you can come to this website to see if the forms you are using are current.
Please explore each of the provided links so that you have a good idea of what's contained in this Handbook.
