9. Highlights from past year:
A ‘transition team’ consisting of Master Gardeners maintained and conducted the business of the Master Gardener program during the time of a MG Coordinator vacancy. This period extended from August through December.
The Great Frederick Fair contacts totaled 3,989- our best ever.
The ‘Gardening With Style’ seminar series, Annual Plant Sale, and demonstration garden activities were big hits once again.
Several programs such as those held at Frederick High School, the PALS program in conjunction with the police department, and Therapeutic Horticulture are growing.
